Low Carb Super Easy Cheesecake

1 cup sour cream 8 oz package cream cheese 1/3 cup Splenda 2 eggs splash of lemon juice splash of vanilla How To Prepare: Beat together all of the ingredients. Pour into a cake pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes or so. Feel free to add a nut crust if not in Induction.

    youre right, I did this again with one egg, added instant coffee and lil more splenda yummmmmmO for crust i did ground almonds with cocoa powder n splenda.. awesome !! =) THANKS

    I often make mine with just one egg for the same reason. It works just fine. You can make this same recipe with a crust made from ground almonds or walnuts.

    I tried making this using low fat ingredients (both philly and sour cream at half normal fat). Was sure I was going to ruin it, but to my surprise it turned out quite nice anyway. I am sure the original will be more than twice as good, but due to my dietary constraints I am limiting my saturated fat intake.

    Anyway, great recipe and very easy to make. Really made my day :)

    K, i made this, it was alllmost right but not quite right.. tasted kinda eggy? Was wondering if i could add instant decaf or cocoa powder maybe? hmmm anyone have any tips?
