Low Carb Grocery Haul!
www.weightwatchersblogger.com Here are the some of the foods I eat in this new low Carb lifestyle. I am finding it quite interesting and I can tell you already it is having a good effect on my overall health. Low carb is now a way of life for me.

My sister swears that the sesame ginger dress is the best she has had, I tried to find it in my area but I was not able to. I can’t wait to try it. Let me know if you do try it : )
Have you tried the newmans sesame Ginger dressing? I don’t know if I should try it since I didn’t like the balsamic.
That is just too funny lol, isn’t it so delish!
okay I am drinking celestial peppermint tea as we speak haha too funny
) & I also love truvia!!!
We certainly do have more choices when it comes to the bad food (lol) Thanks for commenting : )
Thanks Kat, let me know what you think of the soy flour : )
That Crabquik looked interesting. I wish we had cool stuff like that in Australia. You have so many more food choices in the US. Then again I guess you would have more choices when it comes to the bad foods also.
Great haul! I am going to try soy flour and the sugars…sounds good!
yes,sugarfree…I experimented with
melted everything together
Truvia
unsweeten bakers chocolate,
added little bit of butter,
added a pinch of salt,
and pecans chopped
mixed it all up,
layed it flatten on wax paper
dip tip of strawberries..
.it harden and
also i ate like a candy bar!
and was like a dark chocolate bar..just a little bit of butter for creamy texture..
but I want to try the other sweetener too.
No problem, there is so much more to learn but I am finding it so exciting and interesting : )
I will definitely make a video of the recipe! Your dark chocolate pecan treat sound yummy, I would love to know how you make it, is it sugar free? That Parmesan cheese with carb quick biscuit reminds me of the biscuit at Red Lobsters, yummy!
Thanks ChrisTina!!
I know its really terrible that it’s so high in sodium. Replacing it is a good idea. Thanks for commenting : )
I allow myself between 180-200 carbs per day. Eventually I want to go down to 125 carbs per day, I am not there yet. I would do a video on my typical day meal plan, great idea! Are you doing low carbs?
Thanks, if you ever want to try it I have a couple of websites I can point you too. Thanks for commenting : )
