    Neeed to lose 30-25 pounds… the fastest i can. i’ve tried everything possible to do it and so far no success . i loved your video! those are some really yummy foods. i would like to know in how much time did you lose 50lbs (GREAT JOB BTW) very awesome for you. so yeah in how much time did you lose that amount of weight eating this way? thanks so much i really need help.

    I love to snack on sliced cucumbers . Except instead of ranch I use lemon and cayane pepper powder or if u go to a walmart neighborhood market place look for something called tajin it’s like a mix of spices it’s really good !

    I’ve lost 133 pounds eating low carb took a long time to lose it but I did it eating this way and exercising. I’ve maintained my current weight for over a year now. I liked your video I”ve never tried the great value hams I’ll have to try them. If you have any different low carb recipes please post them I’m always looking for different ideas…Happy health and eating:) Rebecca

    Just cut down the portions a bit.. that’s a lot of salad for one serving. Diet Soda is proven to be just as bad as regular soda. Just stay away from soda, Period.

    oh , and im reallly lazy about working out , my only “work out” is walking up and down stairs all day at school. but thats it. i tried working out, i just don’t ever have time & i can’t stick with it.

    i eat another special k for a snack & for dinner it varies but its less than 250 calories , today i had smart bread ( 70 calories, 0 carbs) & a tablespoon of pb with sliced bananas. somedays i eat yogurt and a banana, or some kind of fruit.

    i have cucumbers, and celery handy for snacking , my weakness is sushi so im trying to stay away from it.

    tell me if im on a good start , i weight about 160 & i want to get down to 130 so i want to loose 30lbs by the end of june so thats about five months. i’ve been on this “life change” since monday & i have been doing really well so far. for breakfast i eat a 90 calorie special k bar, i have strawberry, chocolate, and peach. for lunch i eat the same and either half a turkey sandwich with mustard and wheat bread or a wheat uncrustable pb&j sandwhich and i eat half.

    Awesome video! I’m stuck in a food rut so the your ideas helped! I’ll have to try the hamburger and eggs thing!

    I make a mock taco salad w/ cooked hamburger seasoned w/ chili, garlic powder, onion powder, and cumin (like mixed taco seasoning but w/o the sugar!) Put it on lettuce and top w/ cheese, sour cream and salsa. It’s really good.

    I use pork rinds as a chip substitute. I have a recipe from Linda’s low carb to make crackers out of sliced cheese in the micro. Those are good too!

    DUSTY!!! (This is Jon aka Marineshape BTW) I used that same cheese and ham when I was on low carb. It cracked me up seeing those same packages. That ham is one of the few zero carb lunch meats out there. I found it at Walmart, all the others have carbs. Sargento is the way to go for cheese too. Glad to see you’re doing so well! Low carb is great for starting a journey, the appetite supression helps you to stick with it and see major results. I have a cool e-book with recipes I can send you.

    so proud of you! you said every thing that low carbers should know, cucumbers and ranch dressing is awesome good!
    I am glad you switched over to non processed cheese, when you are on a budget, like me, sometimes, that all you can afford, when you have the money, go for the big hunk of good cheese:)but I am also a cream cheese lover..oh yummy low carb cheese cake.
    I use ground beef in my taco salad too..just mix low carb taco seasoning
