Ingredients: Sour Cream (1 tablespoon) Cottage Cheese (1.5 tablespoon) 1 large egg Splenda (1 tablespoon) Diced Olives Diced Mushrooms Shredded Cheese 1) Beat the egg and combine cottage cheese, and sour cream. Continue to whisk and beat the mixture well. This recipe works best if the cottage cheese curds are smooshed into the batter 2) Add splenda and continue to whisk everything. 3) Pam and heat your pan until it is hot enough for cooking 4) Pour a thin batter over the pan and swirl the mixture around 5) Brown one side, flip and brown the other side. 6) Add Mushrooms and olives. 7) Fold and serve with cheese on top

I used pam because I prefer not to drench things with butter but I understand that butter is abetter alternative for better crepes an you are right pam screws up non stick. By the way this is llam89 on a different channel as you probably already know

Yes I’m still learning to cook. I got the recipe from a low carb book, it said it was a crepe and I understand that real crepes use flour but flour is carb. I havent watched my vid in awhile but I don’t think I jamed my thumb in the egg. I’m recording and cooking at the same time so it may seem that way. I saw on a cooking channel that the best way to break an egg is on a flat surface not an edge. I actually mixed the ingredients, it looks swirly because i’m only cooking with one hand and

Still learning to cook, eh? Would you throw a video out there on driving if you were still learning to drive? Hmmm…OK, I’m gonna help you. 1- This is an sweet omelette, not a crepe. 2- Break the eggs by hitting them on something (like the side of the bowl or counter), not by jamming your thumb into them. 3- Actually MIX the ingredients, don’t just swirl them around. 4- Heat the pan before putting in the BUTTER. 5- THROW AWAY THE PAM. Crepes are made with BUTTER. And Pam screws up non-stick.

I’m so sorry. I tend to like sad music. It’s very beautiful.

As for the kid at your school. I’m sorry. There were two or three occasions I could recall where a kid at my school died. I know sad it must be but remember the dead dont want to see people grieve for them. They want us to remember the happiness we had with them
