I got this stuff at Kroger. I am on a diet and it helps me go through the day. I put 2 packets of it in my water so it will taste like lemonade.
I even eat it raw; I like it all the way!!
I actually like ZSweet, no calories and will not raise your insulin and its all natural.
Convenience is one thing, Kent, along with the taste is better than lemon juice to me. But if someone wants to use lemon, lime, or orange juice instead, knock yourself out. I really like these packets because you don’t have to worry about the fruit spoiling.
I thought lemon juice was allowed at least on the Atkins Diet — 2-3 TBS per day. Would you use this instead of real lemon juice? Is it the convenience?

I actually use 2 packets of true lime in a gallon water just to give it a little taste. Tastes great to me. But I’m outta true lemon

You need a digital camcorder is what you need, set it up, you and your lovely wife can sit in luxury on the couch as you host the show, all whilst drinking your lemonade.
