You need to get the book by Dr. Jeff Volek and Adam Campbell called THE TNT DIET for more info on why low-carb, high-fat diets are PERFECT for bodybuilders.

Oh, I’m sure some people CAN get away with more carbs than others. But there is a strong contingent of people like me who cannot properly metabolize carbohydrates in the same way that requires us to restrict them. NOBODY needs to be eating refined carbs, though.

  4. icedude0077 says:

And what about metabolic types? Arent there some people that arent meant to eat more carbs than others? Just wondering.

  5. icedude0077 says:

Man this is so hard to believe that high fat low card is gonna make me lose weight. But Ive been doing bodybuilding for a while and been eating a lot of protein and carbs and not too much fat and I’ve been putting on a lot of fat as well as muscle. Cause that’s what I was told by all bodybuilding articles.
Do u think that even for bodybuilder we should cut out most of our carbs?

  9. livinlowcarbman says:

I don’t know if they’ll ship to Ireland because it is perishable. Sorry about that. :(
