Christine is a trooper and well on her way to being better. The cruise WILL be loads of fun and there will be plenty of low-carb options while on board. I’ve never had an issue the past two years.

My husband had the very exact surgery you had Christine last year. He had 4 disks pressing on his spinal cord and it was cutting off the fluid and he was told no surgery he would be paralyzed from the neck down. He is doing fantastic after his surgery. He also had a neurosurgeon. Good to see that your doing better. Your cruise sounds fun. will you have low carb foods?

Hi Jimmy and Christine, hope all is well… I am on a low carb diet and losing weight from 475lbs to 375lbs and just had my blood work done… my Total Chol = 174, triglis = 147, HDL = 29… first two are great but how can I bring up my HDL levels besides excercise is there low carb food I can eat or other foods or supplements that I can use without effecting my low carb diet??? thank you
