I’m still going through the articles on the site you suggested but it is already looking bad. I’m up to “Raw/Live food concepts&info” under “Competitive Exclusion”. So far its been very little pro health and more supplement endorsing con men with a few sneaky plugs for animal research which is a major bad sign of dishonesty as it is.

I always like to keep track of my dietary intake. I have an online program that I signed up for when I took a nutrition course in college (cost 25 bucks, but I’m sure there are a lot of free ones online), it gives me a complete analysis of my diet. Very useful, and I always make sure I get enough of each of the vitamins/minerals. Sounds tedious but it doesn’t take that long and you get used to it. I found that taking some superfoods help reach my goal more easily (for iron, calcium, b12, zinc)
rosemary. There are rosemary bushes everywhere where I live! I just step out of the house and pick some rosemary and toss it in my salads/soups. Love it!

I never said you’re supposed to eat the Fruit seeds, in fact you’re not, as obviously the Seeds are there for the purpose of propagating the Fruits species and spreading its Plants over the earth, its Natures design
You eat the apple, drop the apple core to the ground with its seeds and those seeds imbed themselves in the soil and in a New Apple Tree grows there to produce more Fruit !

ALL Fruits by their nature and design are supposed to contain their Seeds. If a Fruit does not contain seeds, its a sure sign it was massively Hybridized, Compromised and grown un naturally.
Seeds are a sign of Biogenic Viability and High Life force, of the Fruits Biological integrity.
Fruit without seeds is like a Human being without Arms and Legs. Sure the Fruit is technically still a living food , but its lost ALOT of lifeforce energy and Nutritional Content

Ive been a vegetarian for about 9 years. Lately Ive been feeling absolutely horrible, I feel like I did when I was an unhealthy omnivore… tired, moody as hell, brain dead and sick. ALL seedless fruit is no good and Un healthy such as Bananas, Pineapples and Kiwis
Bananas are grown to be Seedless, and that is Un natural and way too high in sugar as they are supposed to have SEEDS
